In the last 24 hours, I have found myself thrust into what feels very much like a lifetime movie
Look how the world chases us. I made this light for secret lovers in a cigar factory, having each other on a table in a back room. And now here it is on our wall, vaulted through the cracks of the universe, come from that separate world to remind me it continues. I wonder how conchita lives now.

How they try to restrain great storms

I fear for trees, loving them so much.
I am nervous about each scar on bark,

Sometimes on summer evenings I step
Out of my house to look at trees

Through those trunks so slowly

Then to hover above and look down
